ICU护士慢性疲劳综合征的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 慢性疲劳综合征是亚健康的一种表现形式,危害人类的身心健康。近年来,重症监护室（intensive care unit,ICU）护士慢性疲劳综合征发病率呈逐年上升趋势。本文对慢性疲劳综合征相关测评工具、研究现状、影响因素、应对策略等方面进行综述,旨在降低ICU护士慢性疲劳综合征的发生率,为提高照护质量等有关干预措施提供参考。

Abstract: Chronic fatigue syndrome（CFS） is a state of sub-health,which endangers human physical and mental health.The incidence of CFS in intensive care unit（ICU） nurses has been increasing year by year. This paper reviews the measurement tools,research status, influencing factors，and coping strategies related to CFS，aiming to provide reference for interventions such as reducing the incidence of CFS among ICU nurses and improving the quality of care.
