摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨社会支持和心理弹性在护生情绪表达灵活性与自杀意念间的链式中介作用,为早期发现护生自杀意念,提高其心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法 2022年9—12月,采用方便抽样法,抽取天津、山东3所高校538名在校护生,使用大学生情绪表达灵活性问卷、社会支持量表、心理弹性问卷、自杀意念量表进行数据收集。结果护生自杀意念率为5.95%（32/538）。情绪表达灵活性得分为（107.91±25.91）分,社会支持得分为（65.20±13.91）分,心理弹性得分为（37.16±7.11）分,自杀意念得分为（4.93±3.56）分,且相互间呈相关性（r=-0.504~0.672,均P<0.01）。多元线性回归分析显示,自杀意念的影响因素包括家庭关系、亲朋好友有无自杀行为、情绪表达灵活性、社会支持和心理弹性。情绪表达灵活性可以直接影响自杀意念,还可通过社会支持、心理弹性间接影响自杀意念,直接效应值为-0.158,占比30.15%,总间接效应值为-0.366,占比69.85%。结论护生情绪表达灵活性与自杀意念关系密切,学校应注意评估学生的情绪表达灵活性,增强其社会支持及心理弹性水平,以降低自杀意念发生率。

Abstract: Objective To explore the role of social support and psychological resilience in mediating the chain between flexibility in emotional expression and suicidal ideation among nursing students,to provide a theoretical basis for early detection of suicidal ideation and improve their psychological well-being. Methods Using a convenience sampling Method,538 medical students from three universities in Tianjin and Shandong were selected,using the College Student Emotional Expression Flexibility Questionnaire,Social Support Scale,Psychological Resilience Questionnaire,and Suicidal Ideation Scale to collect data. Result The rate of suicidal ideation among nursing students was 5.95%（32/538）.The scores of emotional flexibility[（107.91±25.91）points],social support[（65.20±13.91）points],psychological resilience[（37.16±7.11）points] and suicidal ideation[（4.93±3.56）points] were correlated with others（r=-0.504-0.672,P<0.01）.Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the factors influencing suicidal ideation included family relationships,the presence of suicidal behaviour in family and friends,emotional flexibility,social support and psychological resilience.The direct effect value was -0.158（30.15%）,and the total indirect effect value was -0.366（69.85%）. Conclusion Medical students' emotional expression flexibility is closely related to suicidal ideation.School administratorsshould pay attention to assessing students' emotional expression flexibility and enhancing their social support and psychological resilience levels to reduce the incidence of suicidal ideation.
