心理资本在产科护士不合规任务和职业倦怠间的中介作用

Mediating role of psychological capital between non-compliance tasks and occupational burnout among obstetric nurses

摘要: 目的 研究心理资本在产科护士不合规任务和职业倦怠间的中介作用,为有效降低职业倦怠提供参考依据。方法 2023年1—6月,采用分层随机抽样法抽取武汉市6家三级甲等医院产科182名护士为研究对象,采用一般情况量表、不合规任务量表、心理资本量表和职业倦怠量表对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 产科护士不合规任务、心理资本、职业倦怠得分分别为(31.84±4.76)、(88.43±16.63)和(60.43±10.14)分。不合规任务得分在年龄、文化程度、专业职称、工作年限、月收入和每月夜班次数比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);心理资本得分在年龄、专业职称、工作年限、月收入比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);职业倦怠得分在年龄、技术职称、工作年限、月收入、每月夜班次数比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。产科护士职业倦怠与不合规任务呈正相关(rs=0.608,P<0.01),与心理资本呈负相关(rs=-0.712,P<0.01);不合规任务与心理资本呈负相关(rs=-0.639,P<0.01)。心理资本在产科护士不合规任务及职业倦怠间具有部分中介作用,中介效应为0.288,总效应占比52.46%。结论 提高产科护士的心理资本有利于降低护士职业倦怠及不合规任务水平,应重视心理资本的中介作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the mediating role of psychological capital between non-compliance tasks and occupational burnout among obstetric nurses,and provide reference basis for effectively reducing occupational burnout. Methods From January to June 2023,a stratified random sampling method was used to select 182 nurses from obstetrics departments of 6 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Wuhan as research subjects. The general situation scale,non-compliance task scale,psychological capital scale and burnout scale were used to investigate and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of obstetric nurses for non-compliance tasks,psychological capital and occupational burnout were (31.84±4.76),(88.43±16.63) and (60.43±10.14)points,respectively. The comparison of non-compliant task scores for different ages,educational levels,professional titles,years of work experience,monthly income,and monthly night shift frequency showed statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). The psychological capital scores of different ages,professional titles,years of work experience,and monthly income were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The comparison of occupational burnout scores for different ages,technical titles,years of work experience,monthly income,and monthly night shift frequency showed statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). Occupational burnout of obstetric nurses was positively correlated with non-compliant tasks(rs=0.608,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with psychological capital(rs=-0.712,P<0.01). Non-compliant tasks were negatively correlated with psychological capital(rs=-0.639,P<0.01). Psychological capital has a partial mediating effect between obstetric nurses' non-compliant tasks and professional burnout,with a mediation effect of 0.288 and a total effect proportion of 52.46%. Conclusion Improving the psychological capital of obstetric nurses is conducive to reducing the level of occupational burnout and non-compliance with tasks,and the mediating role of psychological capital should be paid attention to.
