传染病健康素养在感染科护士职业压力和职业倦怠间的中介作用

Mediating role of infectious disease health literacy between occupational stress and burnout among infection department nurses

摘要: 目的 了解上海市4所三级甲等医院感染科护士传染病健康素养、职业压力和职业倦怠状况,探讨传染病健康素养的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2023年6—9月抽取上海市4所三级甲等医院感染科206名护士作为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表、传染病健康素养量表、职业压力量表和职业倦怠量表进行调查并分析。结果 感染科护士传染病健康素养得分为(24.42±3.16)分,职业压力得分为(88.67±11.32)分,职业倦怠得分为(60.62±12.81)分。单因素分析显示,感染科护士传染病健康素养与年龄、工龄、文化程度、职称、月收入及每月夜班数有关(均P<0.05),职业压力与年龄、工龄、职称、月收入和每月夜班数有关(均P<0.05),职业倦怠与年龄、工龄、职称、婚姻状况、月收入和每月夜班数有关(均P<0.05)。感染科护士职业倦怠与传染病健康素养呈负相关(r=-0.524,P<0.01),与职业压力呈正相关(r=0.628,P<0.01),职业压力与传染病健康素养呈负相关(r=-0.576,P<0.01)。感染科护士传染病健康素养在职业压力和职业倦怠间起部分中介效应,中介效应为0.268,占总效应的48.90%。结论 感染科护士传染病健康素养在职业压力和职业倦怠间起部分中介作用,护理管理者应关注并提升感染科护士传染病健康素养水平,进而缓解护士的职业压力,降低职业倦怠水平。

Abstract: Objective To understand the status of infectious disease health literacy,occupational stress,and occupational burnout among infection department nurses in four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai,and to explore the mediating role of infectious disease health literacy. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 206 nurses from the infectious disease department of 4 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai City from June to September 2023 as the survey subjects. The survey was conducted using a general situation questionnaire,infectious disease health literacy scale,occupational stress scale,and occupational burnout scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The infectious disease health literacy score of nurses in the infection department was (24.42±3.16)points,occupational stress score was (88.67±11.32)points,and occupational burnout score was (60.62±12.81)points. Univariate analysis showed that infectious disease health literacy among infection department nurses was related to age,length of service,educational level,professional title,monthly income,and monthly night shifts(all P<0.05),occupational stress was related to age,length of service,professional title,monthly income,and monthly night shifts(all P<0.05),and occupational burnout was related to age,length of service,professional title,marital status,monthly income,and monthly night shifts(all P<0.05). The occupational burnout of infection department nurses was negatively correlated with infectious disease health literacy(r=-0.524,P<0.01),and positively correlated with occupational stress(r=0.628,P<0.01). The occupational stress of infection department nurses was negatively correlated with infectious disease health literacy(r=-0.576,P<0.01). The infectious disease health literacy of infectious disease nurses played a partial mediating effect between occupational stress and occupational burnout,with a mediating effect of 0.268,accounting for 48.90% of the total effect. Conclusion The infectious disease health literacy of infection department nurses plays a partial mediating role between occupational stress and occupational burnout. Nursing managers should pay attention to and improve the level of infectious disease health literacy of infection department nurses,in order to alleviate their occupational stress and reduce their occupational burnout level.
