灵芝、铁皮石斛中21种元素的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱测定法

摘要: 目的 建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定灵芝、铁皮石斛中21种元素的方法,并对测定结果进行分析。方法 样品经微波消解处理后稀释定容,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定样品中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Co、Cu、Mn、Se、Sr、Ag、Zn、Al、As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg、Ba、V及Ni共21种元素的含量。结果 方法的各元素相关系数均>0.999;检出限为0.000 3~0.631 2 mg/kg,定量限为0.001~1.894 mg/kg;加标回收率范围为85.2%~106.4%;相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为1.0%~3.7%。结论 该方法操作简单,灵敏度高、检出限低、准确度好,可进行灵芝、铁皮石斛中多种元素的同时快速分析。

Abstract: Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 21 elements in Ganoderma lucidum and Dendrobium officinale by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave digestion and analyze the determination results. Methods The samples were diluted and fixed after microwave digestion,and the contents of 21 elements including K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Co,Cu,Mn,Se,Sr,Ag,Zn,Al,As,Cd,Cr,Pb,Hg,Ba,V and Ni in the samples were determined simultaneously by ICP-MS. Results The correlation coefficients of elements by the method were >0.999,with the detection limits of 0.000 3-0.631 2 mg/kg and the quantification limits of 0.001-1.894 mg/kg,the recoveries range was 85.2%-106.4%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD) range was 1.0%-3.7%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,low detection limit and good accuracy,and can be used for the simultaneous and rapid determination of multiple elements in Ganoderma lucidum and Dendrobium officinale.
