护理专业学生社交外表焦虑与负面身体自我的相关性分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨护理专业学生社交外表焦虑与负面身体自我的相关性。方法 2022年10—12月,采用一般资料调查表、社交外表焦虑量表及负面身体自我量表对湖南省、陕西省2所高校230名护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果护理专业学生社交外表焦虑得分为（45.54±16.36）分,负面身体自我得分为（71.89±27.44）分。护理专业学生社交外表焦虑与负面身体自我呈正相关（r=0.599,P<0.01）,社交外表焦虑受年龄、居住地、家庭氛围和负面身体自我的影响（均P<0.05）。结论护理专业学生社交外表焦虑处于中等水平,负面身体自我在社交外表焦虑中起着重要作用。护理专业学生可通过心理疏导或提升家庭氛围等方式降低护理专业学生的社交外表水平和负面身体自我,促进其心理健康发展。

Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation between social appearance anxiety and negative physical self in nursing students. Methods A total of 230 nursing students from 2 universities in Hunan Province and Shaanxi Province were investigated with the general information questionnaire,social appearance anxiety scale and negative body self-scale during October to December 2022. Results The score of social appearance anxiety and negative physical self was （45.54±16.36） and （71.89±27.44）points respectively. There was a positive correlation between social appearance anxiety and negative physical self（r=0.599,P<0.01）. The social appearance anxiety was affected by age,place of residence,family atmosphere,and negative physical self（all P<0.05）. Conclusion Nursing students have a moderate level of social appearance anxiety,and the negative physical self plays an important role in social appearance anxiety.Nursing students can reduce their social appearance and negative physical self through psychological counseling and improving family atmosphere,then to promote their mental health development.
