新疆乡镇卫生院转岗培训全科医生职业倦怠的影响因素

Influencing factors of job burnout among transferred training general practitioners in township hospitals in Xinjiang

摘要: 目的 分析新疆乡镇卫生院转岗培训全科医生职业倦怠的影响因素。方法 2023年6—7月,通过简单随机抽样抽取新疆乡镇卫生院482名转岗培训全科医生开展线上问卷调查。运用χ2检验探索转岗培训全科医生的基本情况及职业倦怠的影响因素,利用t检验、F分析和线性回归探索不同基本情况的转岗培训全科医生职业倦怠综合得分情况。结果 本次调查对象以女性为主(67.63%),年龄以31~<41岁的转岗培训全科医生为主。职业倦怠综合得分为(1.97±0.98)分,情感衰竭得分为(1.72±1.12)分,去人性化得分为(1.22±1.21)分,成就感降低得分为(3.05±1.67)分。影响职业倦怠的因素有年龄、压力状况、职业发展机会、对工作环境是否满意、对工作时长是否满意、对工作氛围是否满意(均P<0.05)。线性回归分析发现,压力状况、对工作环境是否满意、对工作时长是否满意均是职业倦怠综合得分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 引起转岗培训全科医生职业倦怠的因素较为复杂,建议管理者站在转岗培训全科医生的角度,从多方面入手制定相应的改进措施,以降低转岗培训全科医生的职业倦怠。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the influencing factors of job burnout among transferred training general practitioners(GPs) in township hospitals in Xinjiang. Methods In June to July 2023,an online questionnaire survey was conducted on 482 transferred training GPs from township hospitals in Xinjiang through simple random sampling. The χ2 test was used to explore the basic situation of transferred training GPs and the influencing factors of job burnout,and the t-test,F-analysis and linear regression were used to explore the comprehensive score of job burnout among transferred training GPs with different basic situations. Results The majority of the survey subjects were female(67.63%),and the age of the survey subjects were mainly transferring training GPs aged 31-<41 years old. The comprehensive score of job burnout was (1.97±0.98)points. Emotional exhaustion score was (1.72±1.12)points,dehumanisation score was (1.22±1.21)points,and decreased sense of achievement score was (3.05±1.67)points. The factors affecting burnout were age,stress condition,career development opportunities,satisfaction with work environment,satisfaction with work hours,and satisfaction with work atmosphere(all P<0.05). Linear regression analysis found that stress condition,satisfaction with work environment,and satisfaction with work hours were all factors that affected the comprehensive score of job burnout(all P<0.05). Conclusion The factors that cause job burnout among transferring training GPs are complex. It is recommended that managers take the perspective of transferring training GPs and develop corresponding improvement measures from multiple aspects to reduce job burnout among transferred training GPs.
