摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着经济社会的发展,精神疾病愈发受到关注,同时社会对精神科护理人才的需求也越来越高。精神科高级执业注册护士（psychiatric-mental health advanced practice registered nurse,PMH-APRN）可为精神病患者提供精神健康初级保健服务。本文对PMH-APRN的概念、起源、认证资格、发展现状、角色功能和临床价值进行综述,总结对我国发展PMH-APRN的启示,旨在为我国高级护理实践发展提供参考依据。

Abstract: With the development of economy and society,the incidence rate of psychosis is rising,and the demand for psychiatric nursing talents is also increasing. The psychiatric-mental health advanced practice registered nurse（PMH-APRN） can provide primary mental health care services for patients with mental illness. This article provides an overview of the concept,origin,certification qualifications,current development status,role functions,and clinical value of PMH-APRN,and summarizes the inspiration for the development of PMH-APRN in China,aiming to provide reference basis for the development of advanced nursing practice in China.
