本科护生自我超越现状及影响因素分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解大理市某医学院校护理专业本科生自我超越现状并分析其影响因素。方法 2024年5—6月,采用便利抽样法选取大理市某医学院校护理专业本科护生249名,采用一般资料调查表、灵性量表与核心自我评价量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 249名本科护生自我超越得分为（45.88±7.70）分;自评学习成绩、灵性与核心自我评价为本科护生自我超越的主要影响因素（均P<0.05）,共可解释总变异的49.0%。结论大理市某医学院校本科护生自我超越水平处于中等水平,受学习成绩、灵性与核心自我评价的影响,护理教育者应结合影响因素采取适当干预措施,提升本科护生自我超越水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of self-transcendence among undergraduate nursing students and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From May to June 2024,249 undergraduate nursing students were selected using convenience sampling method from a medical university in Dalian City. General information questionnaire,spirituality scale and core self-evaluation scale were used to investigate,and the data were analyzed. Results The self-transcendence score of 249 undergraduate nursing students was （45.88±7.70）points. Self-evaluation of academic performance,spirituality,and core self-evaluation were the main influencing factors for undergraduate nursing students' self-transcendence（all P<0.05）,accounting for 49.0% of the total variation. Conclusion The self-transcendence level of undergraduate nursing students from a certain university in Dali is in the moderate level,which is influenced by academic performance,spirituality and core self-evaluation. Nursing educators should take appropriate intervention measures based on the influencing factors to enhance the self-transcendence level of undergraduate nursing students.
