生态系统理论视角下老年人社交网络与健康关系的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前,人口老龄化呈快速上升趋势。老年人身体机能的下降和新兴互联网的发展导致老年人社交网络严重不足,老年人健康问题随之而来。老年人社交网络缩小与不同环境中的社会、文化等因素相互作用。因此,本文阐述了社交网络的概念;并以生态系统理论为框架,从微观、中观、宏观全面综述老年人社交网络与健康状况的关系。最后,以生态系统理论角度提出老年人社交网络缩小的管理措施和干预方案,以期提高社区和护理人员对老年人社交网络缩小的关注,确保对老年人开展有效的健康干预。

Abstract: Currently,population aging is showing a rapid upward trend. The decline of the elderly's physical function and the development of the emerging Internet have led to a serious shortage of social networks for the elderly,which has led to health problems for the elderly. The shrinking of social network of the elderly interacts with social and cultural factors in different environments. Therefore,this article elaborates on the concept of social networks and uses ecosystem theory as a framework to comprehensively summarize the relationship between social network and health status of the elderly from micro,meso,and macro perspectives. Finally,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,management measures and intervention plans for the shrinking of social networks among the elderly are proposed,in order to increase the attention of communities and nursing staff to the shrinking of social networks among the elderly and ensure effective health interventions for them.
