急诊科护理人员工作场所暴力、职业紧张和职业倦怠的相关性分析

Study on correlation between workplace violence,occupational stress and job burnout among emergency department nurses

摘要: 目的 了解西安市三级甲等医院急诊科护理人员工作场所暴力、职业紧张和职业倦怠的相关性,为改善急诊科护理人员职业倦怠提供客观证据。方法 采用随意抽样法,2023年7—8月采用一般资料量表、工作场所暴力量表、职业紧张量表和职业倦怠量表,对西安市6家三级甲等医院急诊科184名护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 184名急诊科护理人员工作场所暴力评分为(8.26±2.19)分,职业紧张评分为(344.53±68.39)分,职业倦怠评分为(62.52±14.41)分;不同性别、年龄、工作年限、专业职称、婚姻状况、月收入及月值班数的急诊科护理人员工作场所暴力评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、工作年限、专业职称、婚姻状况、月收入及月值班数的急诊科护理人员职业紧张评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、工作年限、专业职称、月收入及月值班数的急诊科护士职业倦怠评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。184名急诊科护理人员工作场所暴力、职业紧张与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.608、0.582,均P<0.01),工作场所暴力与职业紧张呈正相关(r=0.512,P<0.01);184名急诊科护理人员职业紧张在工作场所暴力和职业倦怠间具有部分中介效应,中介效应为0.231,总效应占比41.70%。结论 184名急诊科护理人员职业倦怠水平较高,工作场所暴力和职业紧张可直接促进职业倦怠,职业紧张在工作场所暴力和职业倦怠间具有部分中介效应,降低急诊科护理人员职业紧张可缓解工作场所暴力对职业倦怠的影响。

Abstract: Objective To study the correlation between workplace violence,occupational stress and burnout among emergency department nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Xi'an City,provide objective evidence for improving the occupational burnout among emergency department nurses. Methods By using the random sampling method,184 nurses in the emergency departments of six grade-A tertiary hospitals of Xi'an City were surveyed using the general information scale,workplace violence scale,occupational stress scale and occupational burnout scale from July to August 2023,and the data were analyzed. Results The workplace violence score of 184 emergency department nurses was (8.26±2.19)points,the occupational stress score was (344.53±68.39)points,and the occupational burnout score was (62.52±14.41)points. There were statistically significant differences in the workplace violence scores among emergency department nurses in terms of gender,age,working years,professional titles,marital status,monthly income and number of monthly shifts(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the occupational stress scores among emergency department nurses in different age,working years,professional titles,marital status,monthly income and monthly number of shifts(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the occupational burnout scores among emergency department nurses in different age,working years,professional title,monthly income and monthly number of shifts(all P<0.05). The workplace violence and occupational stress of 18 emergency department nurses were positively correlated with occupational burnout(r=0.608,0.582,both P<0.01),and workplace violence was positively correlated with occupational stress(r=0.512,P<0.01). The occupational stress played a partial mediating role between workplace violence and occupational burnout in 18 emergency department nurses,the mediating effect was 0.231,accounting for 41.70% of the total effect. Conclusion Totally 184 emergency department nurses have a high level of occupational burnout,the workplace violence and occupational stress can directly promote occupational burnout,the occupational stress has a partial mediating effect between workplace violence and occupational burnout,and reducing the occupational stress of emergency department nurses can alleviate the impact of workplace violence on occupational burnout.
