宝鸡市职工工作压力、应对方式与心理健康状况的关系

Relationship between work pressure,coping style and mental health status of workers in Baoji City

摘要: 目的 了解宝鸡市职工的工作压力、应对方式和心理健康的关系,为制定相关政策和措施提供参考依据。方法 2023年8—11月,采用自编一般人口学资料调查表、简易心理状况评定量表Kessler10、职业压力指标问卷、简易应对方式问卷对宝鸡市690名职工进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 宝鸡市690名职工Kessler10量表得分为(20.26±7.84)分,74.5%的职工患心理疾病的危险性较低(K10总分≤24分),职业压力指标问卷平均分为(85.28±29.37)分,98%的职工倾向于采用积极的应对方式,应对方式与心理健康为负相关(r=-0.304,P<0.01),工作压力与心理健康为正相关(r=0.373,P<0.01),工作压力与应对方式为负相关(r=-0.231,P<0.01)。应对方式在工作压力和心理健康状态之间存在部分中介作用。工作压力通过应对方式对心理健康状态的间接效应值为0.053(β=-0.230,t=-6.503,P<0.01)。结论 工作压力与心理健康为正相关,工作压力越大,心理健康得分越高,心理健康状态越差。工作压力与应对方式为负相关,工作压力越大,越倾向消极应对方式。可以通过降低职工工作压力,促进职工积极应对,进而提高心理健康水平。

Abstract: Objective To understand the relationship between work pressure,coping style and mental health of workers in Baoji City,provide scientific evidence for formulating relevant policies and measures. Methods From August to November in 2023,a survey was conducted among 690 workers in Baoji City using self-designed general demographic data questionnaire,Kessler10 simplified psychological status rating scale,occupational stress indicator questionnaire and simplified coping style questionnaire,and the data were analyzed. Results The Kessler10 score of 690 workers in Baoji City was (20.26±7.84)points,and 74.5% had a lower risk of psychological illness(K10 total score ≤24 points). The average score of the occupational stress indicator questionnaire was (85.28±29.37)points. 98% of workers tended to adopt positive coping styles. The coping style is negatively correlated with mental health(r=-0.304,P<0.01),while work pressure was positively correlated with mental health(r=0.373,P<0.01),and work pressure was negatively correlated with coping style(r=-0.231,P<0.01). The coping style played a partial mediating role between work pressure and mental health status. The indirect effect value of work pressure on mental health status through coping style was 0.053(β=-0.230,t=-6.503,P<0.01). Conclusions The work pressure is positively correlated with mental health,with higher work pressure leading to higher mental health scores and poorer mental health status. The work pressure is negatively correlated with coping styles,with higher work pressure leading to a greater tendency towards negative coping styles. By reducing work pressure and promoting positive coping of workers,it is possible to improve mental health levels.
