广州市某省级医院中医诊疗室艾烟分布特征及影响因素分析

摘要: 目的 了解艾灸诊疗室艾烟粒径分布特征及空气质量影响因素。方法 2023年6—7月,利用气溶胶光谱仪对艾灸诊疗室进行诊疗时艾柱燃烧产生的艾烟进行采样分析,实时监测超细颗粒物、细颗粒物、可吸入颗粒物和总颗粒物4种粒径的颗粒物浓度,并对结果进行分析。结果 艾烟粒径分布并不随针灸部位、诊疗时间变化而变化。对不同粒径艾烟颗粒物浓度进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同粒径的颗粒物浓度与燃烧时间及通风方式有关,随着灸条燃烧颗粒物浓度达到峰值后回落。超细颗粒物、细颗粒物、可吸入颗粒物和总颗粒物的峰值范围分别是664.75~1 774.35、681.17~1 991.25、 728.63~2 468.61和737.93~2 572.72 μg/m3结论 艾灸诊疗室空气质量和诊疗室的通风方式有关。艾柱燃烧产生的艾烟以可吸入颗粒物为主,尤其是细颗粒物和超细颗粒物。

Abstract: Objective To understand the particle size distribution characteristics of moxa smoke and the influencing factors of air quality in moxibustion diagnosis and treatment rooms. Methods From June to July 2023,an aerosol spectrometer was used to sample and analyze the moxa smoke generated by the burning of moxa columns during diagnosis and treatment in the moxibustion diagnosis and treatment room. Real time monitoring was conducted on the particle concentrations of four particle sizes:ultrafine particles,fine particles,inhalable particles,and total particles,and the results were analyzed. Results The particle size distribution of moxa smoke did not change with the changes of acupuncture position and the time of diagnosis and treatment. There was no significant difference in the concentration of particulate matter with different diameter(P>0.05). The concentration of particulate matter with different particle sizes was related to burning time and ventilation mode,and decreases as the particulate matter concentration reaches its peak during moxibustion stick combustion. The peak ranges of ultrafine particles,fine particles,inhalable particles,and total particles were 664.75-1 774.35,681.17-1 991.25,728.63-2 468.61 and 737.93-2 572.72 μg/m3,respectively. Conclusion The air quality in the moxibustion diagnosis and treatment room is related to the ventilation mode of the treatment room. The smoke produced by the combustion of moxibustion stick is mainly composed of inhalable particles,especially fine particles and ultrafine particles.
