急诊科护士死亡焦虑的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 急诊科护士在工作中经常面临频繁的死亡事件和高度紧急的情况,由此承受着严重的心理压力,甚至对生命的威胁产生恐惧感,引发死亡焦虑。死亡焦虑会导致急诊科护士在工作中积累消极情绪,对急诊科护士身心健康产生严重的影响,进而影响护理质量。为更深入研究急诊科护士的死亡焦虑,本文对急诊科护士死亡焦虑的内涵、评估工具、国内外研究现状、影响因素以及干预措施进行综述,旨在为改善急诊科护士的死亡焦虑提供指导。

Abstract: The emergency department nurses often face frequent death events and highly urgent situations in their work,which leads to serious psychological pressure and even fear of life-threatening situations,causing death anxiety. The death anxiety can lead to the accumulation of negative emotions in the work of emergency department nurses,which has a serious impact on their physical and mental health,and thus affects the quality of nursing. To further investigate the death anxiety of emergency department nurses,this article reviews the connotation,evaluation tools,domestic and foreign research status,influencing factors,and intervention measures of death anxiety among emergency department nurses,aiming to provide guidance for improving the death anxiety of emergency department nurses.
