天津市噪声作业工人职业健康检查结果分析

Analysis of occupational health examination results of noise-exposed workers in Tianjin

摘要: 目的 了解天津市噪声作业工人职业健康检查结果各项指标的差异情况。方法 以2023年1—12月在天津市职业病防治院进行职业健康检查的噪声作业工人为研究对象,运用SPSS 27.0软件对工人的基本情况与血压、心电图和纯音听阈等检查结果进行分析。结果 纳入的23 100名噪声作业工人中,高血压者3 840例,占16.62%,心电图异常者3 284例,占14.22%,高频听阈损失者7 043例,占30.49%。不同性别、年龄、工龄各项异常结果的检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对高频听力损失人员进行分层后,不同层级血压、心电图异常之间的患病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 性别、年龄、工龄、听力损失分层后噪声作业工人的高血压及心电异常发生情况存在明显差异。职业性噪声暴露与高频听阈损失、血压升高和心电图异常之间存在关联性。在高频听力损失频段4 000 Hz听力级分层下,其为高血压和心电图异常的独立影响因素。

Abstract: Objective To understand the differences in various indicators of occupational health examination results among noise-exposed workers in Tianjin. Methods Noise-exposed workers who underwent occupational health examinations at Tianjin Occupational Disease Precaution and Therapeutic Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as research subjects. SPSS 27.0 software was used to analyze the basic information of the workers and the examination results of blood pressure,electrocardiogram,and pure tone audiometry. Results A total of 23 100 noise-exposed workers were included in the study. Among them,3 840 cases(16.62%) were identified with hypertension,3 284 cases(14.22%) had abnormal ECG results,and 7 043 cases(30.49%) exhibited high-frequency hearing threshold loss. There were statistically significant difference in the detection rate of various abnormal results among workers of different genders,ages,and working years(all P<0.05). Furthermore,stratified individuals with high-frequency hearing loss,compared the prevalence of hypertension and ECG abnormalities among different levels,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05). Conclusion There are significant differences in the incidence of hypertension and electrocardiographic abnormalities among noise-exposed workers stratified by gender,age,length of service,and hearing loss. There is a correlation between occupational noise exposure and high-frequency hearing threshold loss,elevated blood pressure,and electrocardiographic abnormalities. In the high-frequency hearing loss frequency band of 4 000 Hz hearing level stratification,it is an independent influencing factor for hypertension and abnormal electrocardiogram.
