Research progress of nurses' job embeddedness based on job demands-resources model

摘要:

工作嵌入作为预测员工离职的关键变量,已经成为管理领域的研究热点。而工作要求-资源(job demands-resources,JD-R)模型则可从压力源角度解释员工的职业体验,本文主要基于JD-R模型从临床护士工作嵌入测评工具、研究现状、影响因素及管理策略4个方面进行综述,以期为护理管理者制定综合管理措施、提升护士职业幸福感、稳定护理工作队伍提供参考依据。

Abstract:

As a key variable to predict employee turnover,job embeddedness has become a hot research topic in the field of management. On the other hand,job demand-resources(JD-R) model can explain employees' career experience from the perspective of stressors. Based on the JD-R model,this article mainly reviews clinical nurses' work embedding assessment tools,research status,influencing factors and management strategies of clinical nursing,in order to provide reference for nursing managers to formulate comprehensive management measures,improve nurses' professional happiness and stabilize nursing work team.
