护士遭受工作场所心理暴力及应对策略的研究进展

摘要：

护士遭受工作场所心理暴力不仅影响护士身心健康，还会导致护士高职业倦怠率、高辞职率以及高护理差错事故发生率，不利于护理队伍长期稳定发展和护理服务质量的提升。本文对护士工作场所心理暴力概念及表现形式、特征、发生现状及受害者采取的应对措施的基础上对心理暴力测评工具及影响因素进行综述，并提出改善护士工作场所心理暴力的策略及建议，旨在引起护理管理者对护士在工作场所遭受到心理暴力的重视，为今后开展护士工作场所心理暴力的研究以及为护理管理者制订相关干预和防范措施提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Workplace psychological violence suffered by nurses not only affects their physical and mental health，but also leads to high job burnout rate，resignation rate and incidence of nursing errors and accidents，which is not conducive to the long-term stable development of nursing team and the improvement of nursing service quality. This article reviews the concept，manifestations，characteristics，current situation and coping measures taken by victims of psychological violence in the workplace for nurses，as well as the assessment tools and influencing factors of psychological violence，and put forward strategies and suggestions to improve nurses' workplace psychological violence. In order to arouse nursing managers' attention to the psychological violence suffered by nurses in the workplace，and to provide reference for the future research on psychological violence in the workplace of nurses and for nursing managers to formulate relevant intervention and prevention measures.
