煤矿支护工职业性肌肉骨骼疾患的风险评估研究

Risk assessment study of work-related musculoskeletal disorders in coal mine support workers

摘要:

目的 了解不良作业姿势引起的支护工职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(work-related musculoskeletal disorders,WMSDs),构建工人WMSDs风险识别与评估体系。方法 以2023年7—9月陕北神东集团某煤矿的支护工为评估对象,选取10人。利用Mediapipe框架体系中的BlazePose模型结合快速上肢评价法(rapid upper limb assessment,RULA)评估WMSDs的发生风险,并与专家打分比较,评估本方法的可靠性。结果 对比3位专家RULA评分与本次评估方法评估结果,类内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)值均>0.85。通过RULA评分可知,颈部的平均角度为14.2°;手腕、上臂和前臂的集中平均角度分别为24.8°、22.5°~40.5°,得分分布在2~3分;手腕部平均值为24.8°,得分分布在3分;颈部集中在14.2°,颈部得分4分居多;帮部和顶板中3级风险等级占比分别为50.0%和41.7%,4级风险等级占比均>20.0%。结论 本次评估构建的计算机视觉-RULA联合评估方法在低光照矿井环境下具有较好的稳定性和准确性,分析发现导致支护工出现WMSDs的4级风险主要作业内容,为降低支护工WMSDs风险提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs) associated with poor working postures among underground support workers,and to construct a risk identification and assessment system for WMSDs in workers. Methods Ten support workers from a coal mine of Shendong Group in northern Shaanxi Province from July to September 2023 were selected as the evaluation objects. The BlazePose model within the MediaPipe framework system was integrated with the rapid upper limb assessment(RULA) method to evaluate WMSD risks,and comparing it with expert scores to evaluate the reliability of this method. Results Comparing the RULA scores of three experts with the evaluation results of this assessment method,the intraclass correlation coefficients(ICC) values were all >0.85. According to RULA score,the average angle of neck was 14.2°. The concentrated average angles for the wrist,upper arm,and forearm were 24.8°,and 22.5°-40.5°,respectively,corresponding to RULA scores of 2-3 points. The average wrist angle was 24.8°,with a score distribution of 3 points. Neck postures centered around 14.2°,with most receiving 4 points. In rib and roof support tasks,level 3 risks accounted for 50.0% and 41.7% of postures,respectively,while level 4 risks exceeded 20.0% in both tasks. Conclusion The computer vision-based RULA assessment method constructed in this assessment demonstrates strong stability and accuracy under low-light underground mining conditions. The analysis identifies key tasks contributing to level 4 WMSD risks among support workers,providing reference for reducing the risk of WMSDs in support workers.
