摘要:

肥胖作为多种慢性疾病的重要风险因素,现已成为全球公共卫生的重大挑战。研究表明,其核心病理生理机制与慢性低度炎症及氧化应激的加剧密切相关。膳食中的抗氧化物质,如维生素C、维生素E及多酚类化合物等,可通过减轻氧化损伤、调节代谢、改善胰岛素抵抗及发挥抗炎作用,成为干预肥胖及相关代谢并发症的潜在策略。本文对氧化应激在肥胖发生与发展中的关键作用进行综述,总结膳食抗氧化物质在临床干预中的研究证据,以期为通过膳食途径防治肥胖及相关代谢疾病提供参考依据。

Abstract:

As a primary risk factor for numerous chronic diseases,obesity has become a major challenge for global public health. Research indicates that its core pathophysiological mechanisms are intimately linked to the exacerbation of chronic low-grade inflammation and oxidative stress. Dietary antioxidants,such as vitamin C,vitamin E,and polyphenolic compounds,can mitigate oxidative damage,regulate metabolism,ameliorate insulin resistance,and exert anti-inflammatory effects,thus representing a potential strategy for intervening in obesity and its related metabolic complications. This article reviews the pivotal role of oxidative stress in the onset and progression of obesity,summarizes the research evidence of dietary antioxidants in clinical interventions,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of obesity and related metabolic diseases through dietary approaches.
