摘要: 目的 对2011—2021年天津市突发公共卫生事件进行流行病学特征分析,为制定有效的预防控制措施提供依据。方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统中“突发公共卫生事件管理系统”获取数据,并对数据进行分析。结果 2011—2021年天津市累计报告突发公共卫生事件467起,以传染病事件为主;2017年突发公共卫生事件明显增多,2021年报告突发公共卫生事件数量减少,突发公共卫生事件报告主要集中在5、11、12月;学校仍为天津市突发公共卫生事件发生的主要场所,其事件数占全部事件的69.59%。结论 天津市疫情防控措施应根据监测到的流行变化趋势,对不同时期不同场所不同事件进行有针对性的防控策略。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Tianjin from 2011 to 2021,provide a basis for developing effective prevention and control measures. Methods The data collected from the "public health emergenciesmanagement system" of the China disease prevention and control information system were analyzed. Results From 2011 to 2021,a total of 467 public health emergencies were reported in Tianjin,mainly events of infectious diseases. The public health emergencies increased significantly in 2017,and the number of reported emergencies decreased in 2021. The public health emergencies were mainly reported in May,Decemberand November. The school was a main place of public health emergency in Tianjin,accounting for 69.59% of all public health emergencies. Conclusion According to the epidemic trend of monitoring,Tianjin should take targeted prevention and control measures for different events in different places at different periods.
