基于CiteSpace的职业健康指标相关研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis of occupational health indicators related research based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的 基于CiteSpace软件分析2012—2022年职业健康指标相关研究文献的特点、研究趋势及现状,为建立综合全面职业健康评估模型及体系相关研究提供一定参考。方法 检索 Web of Science 核心数据库中主题为职业健康指标相关文献,利用Web of Science“创建引文报告工具”以及文献计量可视化软件CiteSpace 6.2.R2,从出版时间、文献类型、国家/地区、研究方向、发文机构等方面对文献进行统计和分析,并绘制作者合作图谱、机构合作图谱、关键词共现及关键词突现图。结果 2012—2022年共检索到5 400篇文献,剔除综述性论文、会议、报纸、书籍以及不相关文献后,按照统一标准筛选得到有效文献4 300篇。其中近3年的文献占比42.53%;发文量最多的作者是KIVIMAKI(28篇);发文量前3位的机构为伦敦大学(3.30%)、哈佛大学(2.56%)、法国研究型大学(2.26%);发文量前3位的国家分别是美国(22.35%)、英国(8.56%)、中国(7.93%)。职业健康指标研究热点涉及心理健康、职业暴露、职业压力/紧张、体力活动、生活质量、体质量指数等。结论 未来职业健康指标重点研究方向将集中于职业压力、公共卫生、职业暴露、代谢紊乱、健康管理等方面。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the characteristics,research trends and current status of research literature related to occupational health indicators from 2012 to 2022 based on CiteSpace software,and provides a certain reference for establishing a comprehensive occupational health assessment model and system related research. Methods Retrieve the literature related to the occupational health indicators in the core database of Web of Science,using the Web of Science "Citation Report Creation Tool" and the bibliometric visualization software CiteSpace 6.2.R2,the literature was statistically analyzed from the aspects of publication time,literature type,country/region,research direction,publishing institution,etc. Author cooperation map,institution cooperation map,keyword co-occurrence and keyword emergence map were drawn. Results A total of 5 400 literature from 2012 to 2022 were retrieved. After excluding review papers,conferences,newspapers,books and irrelevant literature,4 300 valid articles were selected according to the unified standard. Among them,the literature from the past three years accounted for 42.53%,the author who published the most papers was KIVIMAKI(28 articles),the top three institutions in terms of publication volume were University of London(3.30%),Harvard University(2.56%),and French research university(2.26%),the top three countries in terms of publication volume were the United States(22.35%),the United Kingdom(8.56%),and China(7.93%). Research hotspots on occupational health indicators include mental health,occupational exposure,occupational stress/tension,physical activity,quality of life,and body mass index. Conclusion Future research on occupational health indicators will focus on occupational stress,public health,occupational exposure,metabolic disorders,health management,and other aspects.
