摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在信息技术迅速发展的数字时代,数字医疗无疑成为数字中国建设的重点领域。护理团队作为医疗保健领域最大的专业群体,也是成功实施和使用数字技术的主要人群,其数字健康能力的水平直接影响医疗行业的数字化转型。通过文献回顾,本文对护士数字健康能力概念、现状、影响因素等进行综述,探讨现阶段我国护士数字健康能力研究存在的不足之处并提出相关对策,为我国护士数字健康能力的提升提供参考依据,以期增强护士在数字化能力的知识和技能,促进护士数字健康能力的发展。

Abstract: ：In the digital era of rapid development of information technology,digital healthcare has undoubtedly become a key area for the construction of digital China. As the largest professional group in the healthcare field,the nursing team is also the main group of people who have successfully implemented and used digital technologies,and the level of their digital health capabilities directly affects the digital transformation of the medical industry. Through literature review,this paper reviews the concept,status quo and influencing factors of nurses' digital health ability,discusses the shortcomings of nurses' digital health ability in China and puts forward relevant countermeasures,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of nurses' digital health ability in China,in order to enhance the knowledge and skills of nurses in digital ability and promote the development of nurses' digital health ability.
