电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定人体尿液中24种元素

Determination of 24 elements in human urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method

摘要: 目的 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)开发一种同时测定人体尿液中24种元素的方法。方法 采用内标法进行校正,探讨内标元素的选择和稳定性,优化后方法有效克服了基体效应和信号漂移所产生的影响。结果 24种元素在校准曲线浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r值)均≥0.999 5。方法应用于实际样品加标回收,24种元素平均回收率为84.8%~108.0%,6次平行测定值的相对标准偏差在1.34%~6.77%。对标准尿样质控物质L-1和L-2进行测定,测定结果均在标准值范围内。结论 该方法操作简便且灵敏度高,准确性好,为人群重金属监测等研究提供技术基础。

Abstract: Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of 24 elements in human urine using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods The internal standard method was used to correct the errors,and the selection and stability of the internal standard elements were discussed. The optimized method effectively overcame the effects of matrix effects and signal drift. Results The 24 elements had good linear relationship in the concentration range of calibration curve,and the correlation coefficients(r) were all ≥0.999 5. The average recovery of 24 elements was 84.8%-108.0%,and the relative standard deviation of 6 parallel determinations was 1.34%-6.77%. The standard urine quality control substances L-1 and L-2 were determined and the results were within the standard value range. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which provides a technical basis for the study of heavy metal monitoring in population.
