Abstract: Objective To understand the status quo of occupational protection knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） of medical staff in Fuyang mental health specialist alliance,and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods In September 2022,a convenience sampling method was used to select medical staff from six psychiatric hospitals or comprehensive hospitals with psychiatric specialties in Fuyang Mental Health Specialty Alliance as the survey subjects. A self-designed questionnaire on occupational protection knowledge,attitude and practice in psychiatric hospitals was used for the questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of occupational protection KAP questionnaire,knowledge dimension,attitude dimension and practice dimension were （201.80±17.36）,（10.04±1.60）,（95.16±8.49） and （96.59±11.61）points,respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether to receive occupational protection related training was the influencing factor of occupational protection knowledge dimension of medical personnel,and gender,age,education level and whether to receive occupational protection related training were the influencing factors of occupational protection attitude dimension of medical personnel,unit level and whether to receive occupational protection related training were in fluencing factors of occupational protection practice dimension of medical staff（all P<0.05）. Conclusion The medical staff in Fuyang Mental Health Specialist Alliance have a positive attitude and strong practical behavior,but their knowledge level needs to be improved. The training system of occupational protection should be improved,and targeted training should be carried out for the deficiencies,so as to improve the safety of medical staff and reduce the risk of occupational exposure.
