驻高原某部官兵睡眠质量及影响因素研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解驻高原某部官兵睡眠质量,分析其影响因素。方法 2021年11—12月通过整群抽样法抽取108名驻高原某部官兵,采用基本资料调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI）和多维疲劳量表（the multidimensional fatigue inventory-20,MFI-20）进行问卷调查并对数据进行分析。结果 108名驻高原某部官兵睡眠质量总分为（8.61±3.78）分,其中50%的官兵睡眠质量差。多元回归分析显示,婚姻状况、是否疲劳均是影响驻高原某部官兵睡眠质量的主要因素（均P<0.05）。结论高原环境下驻训官兵的睡眠质量受婚姻状况和疲劳情况影响,可对此采取针对性措施改善其睡眠质量。

Abstract: Objective To understand the sleep quality of officers and soldiers of a certain unit stationed on the plateau,analyze its influencing factors. Methods From November to December in 2021,a questionnaire was conducted on 108 officers and soldiers stationed on the plateau by using the basic data questionnaire,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） and the multidimensional fatigue inventory-20（MFI-20）,and the data were analyzed. Results The total sleep quality score of 108 officers and soldiers stationed on the plateau was （8.61±3.78）points,of which 50% had poor sleep quality. The multiple regression analysis showed that marital status and fatigue were the main factors affecting the sleep quality of officers and soldiers stationed on the plateau（all P<0.05）. Conclusion The sleep quality of officers and soldiers stationed on the plateau environment is affected by marital status and fatigue,so targeted measures can be taken to improve their sleep quality.
