护理硕士研究生职业生涯规划现状及与职业价值观和心理资本的相关分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解护理硕士研究生职业生涯规划现状,分析职业价值观和心理资本对职业生涯规划的影响。方法 2022年2—4月,采用便利抽样法选取山东省6所高等院校2019~2021级210名护理硕士研究生,应用护理职业价值观量表、心理资本量表和护理专业大学生职业生涯规划量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 210名护理硕士研究生护理硕士研究生职业生涯规划总分为（94.97±12.73）分,职业价值观总分为（101.75±15.07）分,心理资本总分为（115.11±16.25）分。职业价值观总分与职业生涯规划总分呈正相关（r=0.454,P<0.01）;心理资本总分与职业生涯规划总分呈正相关（r=0.620,P<0.01）。职业价值观、心理资本是职业生涯规划的预测变量（β=0.179、0.497,均P<0.05）。结论山东省6所高等院校210名护理硕士研究生的职业生涯规划水平一般,职业价值观和心理资本更好的学生职业生涯规划更好。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the status quo of career planning in nursing graduate students,explore the influence of professional values and psychological capital on career planning. Methods From February to April in 2022,210 nursing graduate students from Class 2019 to Class 2021 from six universities in Shandong Province were selected by the convenience sampling method. The investigation was performed by the nursing professional values scale,psychological capital scale and nursing career planning scale of nursing college students,and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of career planning,professional values and psychological capital of 210 nursing graduate students was （94.97±12.73）,（101.75±15.07） and （115.11±16.25）points, respectively. The total score of professional values was positively correlated with the total score of career planning（r=0.454,P<0.01）,and the total score of psychological capital was positively correlated with the total score of career planning（r=0.620,P<0.01）. The professional values and psychological capital were the predictive variables of career planning（β=0.179, 0.497,both P<0.05）. Conclusion The career planning of 210 nursing graduate students from six universities in Shandong Province is general,and students with better professional values and psychological capital have better career planning.
