完美主义人格对海军医院临床护士拖延行为与自主学习能力的影响

Effect of perfectionism personality on procrastination and autonomous learning ability of clinical nurses in naval hospital

摘要: 目的 探讨完美主义人格对海军医院临床护士拖延行为与自主学习能力的影响,为培养自主学习意识、全面提高海军医院临床护士综合能力提供依据。方法 2021年11—12月采用整群便利抽样法,使用一般资料调查问卷、FROST多维完美主义量表、AITKEN拖延问卷、护理人员自主学习能力评价量表对海军某医院505名临床护士采用问卷星方式进行横断面调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 临床护士完美主义人格特征得分为(83.65±18.30)分,其中非适应性完美主义水平较高;自主学习能力水平得分为(128.01±21.15)分;有拖延行为倾向得分为(45.05±10.64)分。相关分析结果显示,完美主义与自主学习能力和拖延行为均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,以自主学习能力为因变量,完美主义总分及各维度为自变量模型拟合度较好,担心错误负向预测学习能力,行动疑虑、个人标准和条理性均正向预测学习能力。以拖延行为为因变量的回归分析中,非适应性完美主义正向预测拖延行为(均P<0.05)。结论 临床护士普遍具备完美主义人格特征,其自主学习能力水平一般,可以通过心理疏导、氛围建设及干预拖延行为鼓励护士开展自主学习,提高临床护理水平。

Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of perfectionism personality on the procrastination behavior and autonomous learning ability of clinical nurses in naval hospital,provide evidence forcultivating the consciousness of autonomous learning,and comprehensively improving the comprehensive ability of clinical nurses. Methods From November to December 2021,505 clinical nurses in a navy hospital were collected by cluster convenience sampling method,the cross-sectional survey was conducted by general information questionnaire,FROST multidimensional perfectionism scale,AITKEN procrastination questionnaire and nursing staff autonomous learning ability evaluation scale using the Questionnaire Star,and the data were analyzed. Results The score of perfectionism personality characteristics in clinical nurses was (83.65±18.30)points,of which the level of non-adaptive perfectionism was higher. The score of autonomous learning ability was (128.01±21.15)points. The score of procrastination tendency was (45.05±10.64)points. The correlation results showed that the perfectionism was positively correlated with autonomous learning ability and procrastination behavior(all P<0.05). The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the model fit was better when the autonomous learning ability was taken as the dependent variable and the total score and dimensions of perfectionism were taken as the independent variables.Worrying about errors negatively predicted learning ability,while action doubt,personal standards and organization positively predicted learning ability. In regression analysis with procrastination as the dependent variable,non-adaptive perfectionism positively predicted procrastination(all P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nurses generally have perfectionism personality characteristics,and their independent learning ability is average,so it is feasible to encourage nurses to carry out autonomous learning and improve clinical nursing skills through psychological counseling,atmosphere construction and procrastination intervention.
