应对方式在医务人员自我效能感和知觉压力间的中介效应

Mediating effect of coping style on self-efficacy and perceived stress of medical staff

摘要: 目的 探究一线医务人员应对方式在自我效能感和知觉压力间的中介作用。方法 2021年8—10月,用一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)、中文版知觉压力量表(Chinese perceived stress scale,CPSS)、应对方式量表(simplified coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)对250名扬州市疫情一线医务人员进行调查。结果 扬州疫情一线医务人员的自我效能感得分为(2.86±0.41)分,积极应对得分为(25.20±6.01)分,消极应对得分为(10.30±4.44)分,压力知觉得分为(21.76±6.70)分。压力知觉及其2个维度与自我效能感、积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.544~-0.177,均P<0.05),压力知觉及其2个维度与消极应对方式呈负相关(r=0.123~0.405,均P<0.05),自我效能感与积极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.512,P<0.05),与消极应对方式无相关性(P>0.05)。自我效能感和积极应对方式均可以负向预测知觉压力(β=-0.338~-0.331,均P<0.05),消极应对方式可以正向的预测知觉压力(β=0.358,P<0.05)。积极应对方式在自我效能感对知觉压力的影响中具有中介作用,中介效应占总效应的26.03%。结论 自我效能感不仅可以直接负向影响医务人员的知觉压力,也可以通过积极应对方式的中介作用负向影响医务人员的知觉压力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the mediating role of coping styles between self-efficacy and perceived stress in front-line medical staff. Methods From August to October of 2021,250 front-line medical workers in Yangzhou City were investigated with the general self-efficacy scale(GSES),the Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS) and the simplified copying style questionnaire(SCSQ). Results The self-efficacy score of front-line epidemic medical staff in Yangzhou City was (2.86±0.41)points,the positive coping score was (25.20±6.01)points,the negative coping score was (10.30±4.44)points,and the stress perception score was (21.76±6.70) points.The perceived stress and its two dimensions were negatively correlated with self-efficacy and positive coping style(r=-0.544--0.177,all P<0.05),the perceived stress and its two dimensions were negatively correlated with negative coping style(r=0.123-0.405,all P<0.05),the self-efficacy was positively correlated with positive coping style(r=0.512,P<0.05),and was not correlated with negative coping style(P>0.05). Both self-efficacy and positive coping style can negatively predict perceived stress(β=-0.338--0.331,all P<0.05),and the negative coping style can positively predict perceived stress(β=0.358,P<0.05).The positive coping style played a mediating role in the influence of self-efficacy on perceived stress,and the mediating effect accounts for 26.03% of the total effect. Conclusion The self-efficacy can not only directly and negatively affect the perceived stress of medical staff,but also negatively affect the perceived stress of medical staff through the mediation of positive coping style.
