马鞍山市游泳池水质卫生状况及影响因素分析

Analysis on water hygiene status and influencing factors of swimming pools in Ma'anshan City

摘要: 目的 了解马鞍山市游泳场所水质卫生状况及其影响因素,为改善游泳池水质卫生状况提供参考依据。方法 2020年6月—2022年9月,选择马鞍山市8家面向社会独立经营的游泳池、7家健身房内设的游泳池、5家星级宾馆内设的游泳池作为调查现场,采用自编的游泳池水水质卫生现状调查监测表开展危险因素调查。根据国家标准方法检测游泳池水中菌落总数、大肠菌群、游离性余氯、浑浊度、pH值及尿素共6个项目。结果 在20家游泳场所共抽查水质样本109份,55份水样检测合格,总合格率为50.46%。健身场所内设、独立游泳场所、星级酒店内设的游泳池水样合格率分别为9.09%、55.74%和73.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.06,P<0.05)。相对于健身场所内设的游泳池,独立游泳池、星级宾馆内设的游泳池水水质合格率分别增大7.43(95%CI:1.14~48.55)倍和12.46(95%CI:1.36~113.87)倍。平均水深≥1.5 m的场所水质合格率是平均水深<1.5 m的21.49(95%CI:4.50~102.60)倍。平均客流量≥100人的场所水质合格率是平均客流量<100人的0.12(95%CI:0.02~0.64)倍。结论 马鞍山市游泳池水水质合格率较低,尤其是健身场所内设的游泳池。加强游泳池卫生监督管理、提升场所卫生设施是确保水质合格率的重要环节。

Abstract: Objective To understand the water hygiene status of swimming places in Ma'anshan and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the water hygiene status of swimming pools. Methods From June 2020 to September 2022,eight independently operated swimming pools,swimming pools in seven gyms,and swimming pools in five star rated hotels in Ma'anshan were selected as the investigation sites,and the self-made investigation and monitoring table of water hygiene status of swimming pools was used to carry out the risk factor investigation. According to the national standard method,the total number of colonies,coliform bacteria,free residual chlorine,turbidity,pH value and urea in the swimming pool water were detected. Results Among 109 water samples sampled from 20 swimming places,55 water samples were qualified,with a total qualified rate of 50.46%. The water sample qualification rates of swimming pools in fitness venues,independent swimming venues and star hotels were 9.09%,55.74% and 73.08%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ2=21.06,P<0.05). Compared with swimming pools in fitness venues,the qualified rates of water quality in independent swimming pools and swimming pools in star rated hotels increased by 7.43(95%CI:1.14-48.55) times and 12.46(95%CI:1.36-113.87) times,respectively. The qualified rate of water quality in places with average water depth ≥1.5 m was 21.49(95%CI:4.50-102.60) times that of places with average water depth <1.5 m. The qualified rate of water quality in places with average passenger flow ≥100 people was 0.12(95%CI:0.02-0.64) times that of places with average passenger flow <100 people. Conclusion The qualified rate of swimming pool water quality in Ma'anshan City is low,especially the swimming pool in fitness venues. Strengthening the sanitary supervision and management of swimming pools and improving the sanitary facilities of places are important links to ensure the qualified rate of water quality.
