安徽省某县级三级甲等医院护士工作投入现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on current situation and influencing factors of nurses' work engagement in a county-level tertiary A hospital in Anhui Province

摘要: 目的 探讨安徽省阜阳市某县级三级甲等医院护士工作投入现状及影响因素。方法 2022年2—3月采用便利抽样法抽取680名护士进行一般资料、护理工作环境、工作投入调查。结果 护士工作投入总分为(4.71±1.03)分,处于中等偏上水平。多元回归分析显示,是否急诊或重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)、认可氛围、专业自主、充足的人力是县级三级甲等医院护士工作投入的独立影响因素(均P<0.05),且能解释工作投入43.2%的变化原因。结论 安徽省阜阳市某县级三级甲等医院护士工作投入处于中等偏上水平。护理管理者应优化护理工作环境,积极营造认可氛围,针对性的支持护士工作的自主性,从而进一步提高县级三级甲等医院护士的工作投入水平。

Abstract: Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of nurses' work engagement in a county-level tertiary A hospital in Fuyang City of Anhui Province. Methods From February to March 2022,a convenient sampling method was used to select 680 nurses for a survey on general information,nursing work environment,and work engagement. Results The average score of nurses' work engagement was (4.71±1.03)points,which was above the medium level. Multiple regression analysis showed that whether emergency department or ICU department,accreditation atmosphere,professional autonomy,and sufficient manpower were independent influencing factors for nurses' job engagement in county-level tertiary A hospital(all P<0.05),and could explain 43.2% of the changes in job engagement. Conclusions The work engagement of nurses in a county-level tertiary A hospital in Fuyang City of Anhui Province is at a moderate to upper level.Nursing managers should optimize the nursing work environment,actively create an atmosphere of recognition,and support the work autonomy of nurses in a targeted manner,so as to further improve the work engagement level of nurses in the county-level tertiary A hospitals.
