镇江市大气PM2.5中金属和类金属元素的健康风险评价

Health risk assessment of metals and metalloids in PM2.5 of Zhenjiang City

摘要: 目的 评估镇江市大气细颗粒物(fine particulate matter,PM2.5)中的金属和类金属元素经吸入途径对人群的健康风险。方法 选择镇江市丹徒区为监测点,于2019—2021年每月10—16日采集大气PM2.5样品并测定其中12 种金属和类金属的含量,依据WS/T 666—2019《大气污染人群健康风险评估技术规范》进行健康风险评估。结果 2019—2021年镇江市大气PM2.5中锑、铝、铍、汞、铅、锰、镍及硒的健康风险在现有暴露水平下处于可接受水平,砷、镉、铬(六价)的非致癌风险危害商(hazard quotient,HQ)均<1,砷的超额致癌风险(excess carcinogenic risk,ECR)在2.288×10-6~3.057×10-6,镉的超额致癌风险为0.185×10-6~0.277×10-6,铬(六价)的超额致癌风险为0.288×10-6~0.660×10-6结论 镇江市大气PM2.5中的砷对人群有潜在的致癌风险。

Abstract: Objective To assess the health risks of inhaling metals and metalloids in fine particulate matter(PM2.5) in Zhenjiang City. Methods Dantu District of Zhenjiang City was selected as the monitoring site. Air PM2.5 samples were collected on the 10th to 16th day of each month from 2019 to 2021,and the contents of 12 metals and metalloids were determined. Health risk assessment was conducted according to the Technical Specifications for Health Risk Assessment of Atmospheric Pollution(WS/T 666-2019). Results From 2019 to 2021,the health risks of antimony,aluminum,beryllium,mercury,lead,manganese,nickel,and selenium in atmospheric PM2.5 in Zhenjiang City were at an acceptable level under the current exposure level.The hazard quotient(HQ) of non-carcinogenic risks of arsenic,cadmium,and chromium(six valence) were all less than 1,and the excess carcinogenic risk(ECR) of arsenic was 2.288×10-6-3.057×10-6,the excess carcinogenic risk of cadmium was 0.185×10-6-0.277×10-6,and the excess carcinogenic risk of chromium(six valence) was 0.288×10-6-0.660×10-6. Conclusion Arsenic in atmospheric PM2.5 in Zhenjiang City has potential carcinogenic risks to the population.
