成都市医疗护理员焦虑现状及影响因素分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解成都市医疗护理员焦虑现状,分析影响护理员焦虑的主要因素,为进一步提升老年照护质量提供对策建议。方法 2023年6月采用自制问卷和焦虑量表（self-rating anxiety scale,SAS）调查成都市医养结合机构的393名医疗护理员。结果 393名医疗护理员平均年龄（51.12±3.12）岁;性别以女性为主334人,占84.99%;文化程度以小学为主184人,占46.82%。焦虑得分为（44.65±6.18）分,焦虑率为12.98%（51/393）。年龄（OR=2.068）、医院类型（OR=3.557）、婚姻状况（OR=2.510）、每月休息时间（OR=2.537）是焦虑发生的影响因素（均P<0.05）。结论成都市393名医疗护理员焦虑发生率较高,年龄大、没有固定休息时间、非在婚状态等是发生焦虑的主要危险因素。建议通过强化心理专业知识培训,定期开展心理健康情况评估和干预,合理分配工作时间,降低工作强度,加强关心关爱等方式降低焦虑情绪。

Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation of anxiety among medical nursing staff in Chengdu,analyze the main factors affecting the anxiety of nurses,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the quality of elderly care. Methods In June 2023,a self-made questionnaire and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） were used to survey 393 medical and nursing staff in medical and elderly care institutions in Chengdu,and the data were analyzed. Results There were 393 medical nursing staff,with an average age of （51.12±3.12）years old,334 of them were female,accounting for 84.99%,and 184 of them had primary school education,accounting for 46.82%. The average anxiety score was （44.65±6.18）points,and the anxiety rate was 12.98%（51/393）. Age（OR=2.068）,type of hospital（OR=3.557）,marital status（OR=2.510） and monthly rest time（OR=2.537） were the influencing factors of anxiety（all P<0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of anxiety among 393 medical nursing staff in Chengdu is relatively high,with older age,lack of fixed rest time,and non-marital status being the main risk factors for anxiety. It is suggested to strengthen the training of psychological professional knowledge,carry out regular mental health assessment and intervention,rationally allocate working time,reduce work intensity,and strengthen care and concern to reduce anxiety.
