广东省临床护士健康素养胜任力现状及影响因素分析

摘要：

目的了解广东省临床护士健康素养胜任力整体现状，探讨其影响因素，为护理管理者制定干预措施提供参考。方法于2025年1—3月采用便利抽样法，选取广东省12个城市20所医院的472名临床护士作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、健康素养胜任力量表（instrument of health literacy competencies，IOHLC）对其进行调查，采用单因素分析及多元线性回归探讨临床护士健康素养胜任力的影响因素。结果 472名临床护士健康素养胜任力总分为（174.50±14.67）分；技能领域平均得分率为84.33%，知识领域平均得分率为61.44%。多重线性回归分析结果显示，文化程度、工作年限、培训经历、宣教成就感、对多样化健康宣教的信心、科室定期开展宣教、医院级别及医院实施职工健康促进项目均是临床护士健康素养胜任力的影响因素（β=0.090~0.125，均P<0.05）。结论临床护士健康素养胜任力处于中等偏上水平，但在实践技能与知识储备方面存在较大差异，管理者应同步强化个人成长支持与工作环境建设，激发内在动力，协同提升护士健康宣教与健康促进的能力，进一步助力患者健康素养提升与健康结局改善。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the overall status of health literacy competence among clinical nurses in Guangdong Province and to explore its influencing factors，in order to provide references for nursing administrators to develope targeted intervention strategies. Methods From January to March 2025，a convenience sampling method was used to recruit 472 clinical nurses from 20 hospitals across 12 cities in Guangdong Province. A general information questionnaire and the instrument of health literacy competencies（IOHLC） were used for investigation，and univariate analysis and multiple linear regression were applied to examine factors influencing health literacy competence. Results The mean total score of health literacy competence among 472 nurses was （174.50±14.67）points. The average score rate was 84.33% in the skills domain and 61.44% in the knowledge domain. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that educational level，years of work experience，training experience，sense of achievement in health education，confidence in diverse health education，routine health education activities in the department，hospital level，and implementation of staff health promotion programs were significant factors influencing nurses' health literacy competence（β=0.090-0.125，all P<0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nurses demonstrate a moderately high level of health literacy competence，but there was a considerable discrepancy between practical skills and knowledge reserves. Nursing managers should simultaneously strengthen personal development support and workplace environment construction，foster intrinsic motivation，and collaboratively enhance nurses’ capabilities in health education and health promotion，thereby contributing to the improvement of patient health literacy and better health outcomes.
