精神科护士职业压力源评估与管理的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着护理理念的转变和公众对精神心理服务需求的急速增长,精神科护士的职业压力随之增大,极易损害该职业群体的身心健康。对精神科护士的压力源进行科学精准的评估、分析及管理,不仅有利于缓解其职业压力,而且对于提升护理服务质量有重要意义。本文以罗宾斯压力源理论模型为指导,从精神科护士职业压力源的评估工具、因素分析及管理对策进行综述,为构建我国精神科护士压力管理体系、提高护士心理健康水平、提升护理服务质量提供参考。

Abstract: ：With the change of nursing concept and the rapid growth of public demand for psychiatric and psychological services,the occupational stress of psychiatric nurses has increased unprecedentedly,which is highly likely to jeopardize the physical and mental health of this occupational group. Scientific and accurate assessment,analysis and management of psychiatric nurses' stressors are not only conducive to alleviating their occupational stress,but also of great significance to improving the quality of nursing services. This article is guided by the Robbins' stressor theory model and provides a review of assessment tools,factor analysis,and management strategies for occupational stressors in psychiatric nurses,in order to provide references for constructing a stress management system for psychiatric nurses in China,improving nurses' mental health,and upgrading the quality of nursing services.
