护理本科生基本心理需要与学习投入在感知教师支持和学业复原力间的中介作用

Mediating effect of basic psychological needs and learning engagement on perceived teacher support and academic resilience of nursing undergraduates

摘要: 目的 探究基本心理需要与学习投入在护生感知教师支持与学业复原力间的中介作用,为改善学生的学业复原力水平、提升学习能力提供理论依据。方法 2023年12月—2024年1月,便利抽样法选取5所医学院校的950名护理本科生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、感知教师支持量表、基本心理需要量表、学习投入量表和护理专业学生学业复原力量表对其进行调查。结果 护理本科生感知教师支持、基本心理需要、学习投入和学业复原力条目均分分别为(3.74±0.78)、(4.64±0.72)、(4.13±0.85)和(3.45±0.67)分,学业复原力与感知教师支持、基本心理需要及学习投入均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。基本心理需要和学习投入在感知教师支持与学业复原力间起部分中介作用(β=0.037),占总效应的10.45%,效应达到显著水平。结论 护理教育者可从提高教师支持方面入手,满足护理本科生基本心理需要,提高学习投入度,从而提升学业复原力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the mediating effect of basic psychological needs and learning engagement on the perceived teacher support and academic resilience of nursing students,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving students' academic resilience and enhancing their learning ability. Methods From December 2023 to January 2024,950 nursing undergraduates from 5 medical colleges were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method. General information questionnaire,perceived teacher support scale,basic psychological needs scale,learning involvement scale,and academic resilience scale of nursing students were used to investigate them. Results The average items scores of perceived teacher support,basic psychological needs,learning engagement and academic resilience of nursing undergraduates were (3.74±0.78),(4.64±0.72),(4.13±0.85) and (3.45±0.67)points,respectively. Academic resilience was positively correlated with perceived teacher support,basic psychological needs and learning engagement(all P<0.01). Basic psychological needs and learning engagement played a partial mediating role between perceived teacher support and academic resilience(β=0.037),accounting for 10.45% of the total effect,and the effect reached a significant level. Conclusion Nursing educators can start by improving teacher support,meeting the basic psychological needs of nursing undergraduates,improving learning engagement,and thus enhancing academic resilience.
