电网企业职工代谢综合征与常见慢性病的现状及影响因素分析

摘要: 目的 分析电网企业职工代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)与常见慢性病的患病情况及影响因素分析,为电网企业职工健康管理提供参考依据。方法 采用目的抽样方法,2023年选择电网企业881名研究对象。采用χ2检验分析电网企业职工在不同性别与年龄段疾病检出率差异的情况,二元logistic回归方程分析其影响因素。结果 881名电网职工慢性病患病人数为665人,慢性病患病率为75.48%,慢性病共病患病人数为374,慢性病共病的患病率为42.45%。其中,MS患病率为18.16%,高尿酸血症的患病率最高(47.45%)。该企业男性职工MS、超重、肥胖、高尿酸血症的检出率均高于女性(P<0.05)。MS、超重、高血压、高尿酸血症在不同年龄段分布的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄≥40岁(OR=2.479,95%CI:1.589~3.867)、BMI为超重(OR=7.126,95%CI:4.229~12.006)和肥胖(OR=37.046,95%CI:19.569~70.132)均是MS的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 电网企业职工慢性病患病率较高,应重点关注中年(≥40岁)、BMI为超重和肥胖职工的健康状况,进一步加强对职工的健康管理,提高职工健康素养。采取日常健康监测和个人行为干预相结合的方式降低患病风险。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of metabolic syndrome(MS) and common chronic diseases among the workers of the power grid enterprise,so as to provide a scientific basis for the health management of the workers inpower grid enterprise. Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select 881 research subjects from power grid enterprises in 2023. The chi-square test were applied to analyze the variation in MS and common chronic diseases detection rates of power grid workers in different genders and ages,and the influencing factors were analyzed by binary logistic regression equation. Results The prevalence of chronic diseases among 881 power grid workers was 75.48%(665/881),and the prevalence of chronic disease co-morbidities was 42.45%(374/881). Among them,the prevalence of MS was 18.16%,and the prevalence of hyperuricemia was the highest(47.45%). The detection rates of MS,overweight,obesity,and hyperuricemia in male workers of this enterprise were higher than those in females(all P<0.05).The differences in the distribution of MS,overweight,hypertension,and hyperuricemia in different age groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Age≥40 years(OR=2.479,95%CI:1.589-3.867),BMI of overweight(OR=7.126,95%CI:4.229-12.006) and obesity(OR=37.046,95%CI:19.569-70.132) were all risk factors for MS(all P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of chronic diseases among workers in power grid enterprise is high.Attention should be paid to the health status of middle-aged(≥40 years old),overweight,and obese workers,and further strengthen the health management of workers to improve their health literacy. The combination of daily health monitoring and personal behavioral intervention is adopted to reduce the risk of disease.
