医学院校本科生自我能力否定倾向现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of imposter phenomenon among undergraduate medical students

摘要: 目的 调查医学院校本科生自我能力否定倾向现状,分析其影响因素。方法 2024年3—4月,采用便利抽样法选取天津市、北京市2所医学院校内436名临床医学与护理学专业本科生为对象,采用一般资料调查表、自我能力否定倾向量表、学业复原力量表与一般自我效能量表对其进行调查。结果 436名医学院校本科生自我能力否定倾向得分为(55.64±13.42)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,就读专业、入学时选择医学专业的原因、学业复原力与一般自我效能均是医学院校本科生自我能力否定倾向的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 医学院校本科生自我能力否定倾向处于中等偏高水平,受到就读专业、入学时选择医学专业的原因、学业复原力与一般自我效能的影响,未来医学教育者应采取相应措施,降低医学院校本科生自我能力否定倾向。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of imposter phenomenon among undergraduate medical students and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From March to April 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to select 436 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine and nursing from two medical schools in Beijing and Tianjin. The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a Clance impostor phenomenon scale,an academic resilience scale,and a general self-efficacy scale. Results The imposter phenomenon score among 436 undergraduate medical students was (55.64±13.42)points. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the imposter phenomenon of undergraduate medical students were their major,reasons for choosing a medical major upon enrollment,academic resilience,and general self-efficacy(all P<0.05). Conclusion The imposter phenomenon of medical undergraduate students is at a moderate to high level,which is influenced by their major,reasons for choosing a medical major upon enrollment,academic resilience,and general self-efficacy. In the future,medical educators should take corresponding measures to reduce the imposter phenomenon of medical undergraduate students.
