摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的梳理和分析国内近年来关于汞中毒的研究现状、热点、新兴趋势以及前沿,为今后相关领域的研究提供参考与指导。方法从中国知网（China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI）网络出版总库中检索2004—2023年汞中毒有关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R3软件对机构、作者和关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入638篇文献,在机构及作者分析中,发文量最多的作者是王汉斌（13篇）,发文量最多的机构是军事医学科学院附属医院（21篇）,《中国工业医学杂志》是发文量最多的学术期刊（47篇）。对关键词聚类、关键词突现进行深入挖掘发现,研究热点分别为汞中毒的防护与护理、汞对健康的影响以及职业性汞暴露的风险管理。结论本研究梳理和分析了2004—2023年间汞中毒研究的演变趋势,强调了跨学科合作的重要性,推动研究从基础到实际应用的转变,并集中于防护、健康影响、职业风险及改进治疗方法和安全措施的开发,以提高工作场所的安全性和健康保护。

Abstract: Objective To summarizeand analyze the current research status,hot topics,emerging trends,and frontiers in domestic mercury poisoning studies,providing references and guidance for future research in related fields. Methods Literature on mercury poisoning from 2004 to 2023 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database. The CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software was utilized for visual analysis of institutions,authors,and keywords. Results A total of 638 articles were included. In the analysis of institutions and authors WANG Hanbin was identified as the most prolific author(13 articles),while the affiliated hospital of the Military Medical Science Academy was the institution with the highest publication volume(21 articles),and the journal with the most publications was Chinese Journal of Industrial Medicine(47 articles). In-depth exploration of keyword clustering and emergent keywords revealed that the research hotspots include protective measures and nursing in mercury poisoning,the health impacts of mercury,and risk management of occupational mercury exposure. Conclusion The article summarizes and analyzes the development trends in mercury poisoning research from 2004 to 2023,emphasizing the importance of collaboration,which has facilitated the shift from basic research to practical applications. It focuses on protection,health impacts,occupational risks,and the development of improved treatment methods and safety measures,aiming to enhance safety and health protection in the workplace.
