临床护士薪酬公平感的研究进展

摘要: 随着医疗体制改革的深入推行,薪酬制度与分配机制逐渐成为改革的重点。薪酬公平感作为组织成员的主观心理,是护士对自我薪酬所得是否公平的主观感受,贯穿于薪酬分配始终。提升临床护士薪酬公平感,对促进医院薪酬制度改革、稳定临床护士队伍、提高临床护理工作积极性具有重要的意义。因此,本文对临床护士薪酬公平感的研究现状、常用研究工具及影响因素进行综述,旨在为护理管理者制订临床护士薪酬公平感的提升方案、促进薪酬制度改革提供参考。

Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of the reform of the medical system,the remuneration system and distribution mechanism have gradually become the focus of reform. As the subjective psychology of organizational members,the sense of pay equity is the subjective feeling of nurses about the fairness of what they receive in terms of self-pay,and runs through the salary distribution. Improving clinical nurses' sense of pay equity,can play an important significance in promoting the reform of the hospital remuneration system,stabilising the clinical nurses' workforce,and enhancing the enthusiasm of clinical nursing work. Therefore,this paper reviews the research status,commonly used research tools,and influencing factors of clinical nurses' sense of pay equity,aiming to provide reference for nursing managers to develop improvement plans for clinical nurses' sense of pay equity and promote remuneration system reform.
