职业倦怠影响因素及干预效果的研究进展

摘要: 职业倦怠一直是许多国家学者职业心理研究的焦点问题,已成为当今社会最重要的心理问题之一。目前,学者们对职业倦怠构建了各种理论模型,并开展了一些预防和治疗的干预措施效果研究,但在预防和治疗领域还未见成熟的理论模型。本文通过对国内外职业倦怠的概念、影响因素、干预措施相关文献进行梳理和总结,对职业倦怠的预防和治疗的干预措施及影响因素进行综述,旨在对职业倦怠产生及其影响因素与干预效果进行深入了解,为职业倦怠的预防与干预提供科学指导。

Abstract: In the past few decades,job burnout has been a focus of research on occupational psychology by scholars in many countries. At present,scholars have constructed various theoretical models for job burnout and conducted research on the effectiveness of intervention measures for prevention and treatment,but there is still no mature theoretical model in the field of prevention and treatment. This article aims to provide a deeper understanding of job burnout by reviewing relevant literature on the concepts,influencing factors,prevention and treatment interventions of job burnout both domestically and internationally.
