济南市某高校护生社会支持、自我效能与中医药健康文化素养的关系

Relationship between social support,self-efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine health literacy among nursing undergraduates in a university in Jinan City

摘要: 目的 了解护理专业本科生社会支持、自我效能与中医药健康文化素养的关系,分析自我效能在社会支持与中医药健康文化素养关系中的中介作用。方法 2023年2月,使用方便抽样选取济南市某高校的413名护理专业本科生,采用一般资料调查表、社会支持评定量表、一般自我效能感量表和中医药健康文化素养调查问卷进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 413名护理专业本科生中医药健康文化素养得分为(74.59±16.84)分,自我效能得分为(27.32±4.66)分,社会支持得分为(35.92±7.09)分。社会支持与中医药健康文化素养、自我效能呈正相关(r=0.337、0.369,均P<0.01),自我效能与中医药健康文化素养呈正相关(r=0.387,P<0.01)。自我效能在社会支持与中医药健康文化素养的关系中存在中介效应,直接效应和间接效应分别为65.5%和34.5%。结论 济南市某高校护理专业本科生社会支持、自我效能与中医药健康文化素养之间存在相关性,社会支持可以直接作用于中医药健康文化素养,也可以通过自我效能作用于中医药健康文化素养,自我效能在社会支持与中医药健康文化素养中起部分中介作用。护理教育者可通过提高护理专业本科生的社会支持和自我效能,进一步提升其中医药健康文化素养。

Abstract: Objective To understand the relationship between social support,self-efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine health(TCM) literacy among nursing undergraduates,explore the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between social support and TCM health literacy. Methods In February 2023,413 nursing undergraduates from a university in Jinan City were selected by convenient sampling. The general information questionnaire,social support rate scale,general self-efficacy scale and TCM health culture literacy questionnaire were used for the investigation,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of TCM health culture literacy,self-efficacy and social support of 413 nursing undergraduates were (74.59±16.84),(27.32±4.66) and (35.92±7.09)points,respectively. The social support was positively correlated with TCM health culture literacy and self-efficacy(r=0.337, 0.369,both P<0.01),and the self-efficacy was positively correlated with TCM health culture literacy(r=0.387,P<0.01). The self-efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between social support and TCM health culture literacy,and the direct effect and indirect effect were 65.5% and 34.5%,respectively. Conclusions There is a correlation between social support,self-efficacy and TCM health culture literacy of nursing undergraduates in a university in Jinan City. The social support can directly affect the TCM health culture literacy,and can also affect TCM health culture literacy through self-efficacy. The self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between social support and TCM health culture literacy. The nursing educators can further improve the TCM literacy of nursing undergraduates by improving their social support and self-efficacy.
