摘要/Abstract

摘要： 人类免疫缺陷病毒（human immunodeficiency virus,HIV）感染者/艾滋病（acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS）患者心理健康问题突出,影响患者生活质量。本文对HIV感染者/AIDS患者社会疏离现状进行综述,阐述HIV感染者/AIDS患者社会疏离的概念与内涵、表现、评估工具、影响因素、干预策略及后续研究方向,为今后开展HIV感染者/AIDS患者社会疏离的干预和研究提供新思路。

关键词: 艾滋病, 社会疏离, 心理护理, 影响因素

Abstract: The mental health problems of people infected with human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）/acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） patients are prominent,affecting the quality of life of patients. This article summarizes the current situation of social alienation among HIV infected/AIDS patients,elaborates on the concept and connotation,manifestations,evaluation tools,influencing factors,intervention strategies,and follow-up research directions of social alienation among HIV infected/AIDS patients,so as to provide new ideas for future interventions and research on social alienation among HIV infected/AIDS patients.
