妇产科护士工作连通行为、工作-家庭冲突对职业倦怠的影响

Effects of work connectedness behavior and work-family conflict on job burnout among obstetrics and gynecology nurses

摘要:

目的 调查妇产科护士工作连通行为、工作-家庭冲突及职业倦怠状况,分析工作连通行为、工作-家庭冲突对职业倦怠的影响。方法 2024年1—10月采用随机抽样法抽取湖北省12家三级甲等综合医院178名妇产科护士为研究对象,分别采用工作连通行为量表、工作-家庭冲突量表及职业倦怠量表调查分析工作连通行为、工作-家庭冲突及职业倦怠状况。结果 178名妇产科护士工作连通行为平均得分为(40.34±6.92)分,工作-家庭冲突平均得分为(60.94±10.32)分,职业倦怠平均得分为(60.47±12.36)分。妇产科护士工作连通行为、工作-家庭冲突和职业倦怠的影响因素均为年龄、职称、工作年限、平均月收入、平均月值班数和婚姻状况(均P<0.05)。妇产科护士工作连通行为、工作-家庭冲突与职业倦怠均呈正相关(r=0.586、0.614,均P<0.01),工作连通行为与工作-家庭冲突呈正相关(r=0.569,P<0.01)。工作-家庭冲突在妇产科护士工作连通行为和职业倦怠间起部分中介效应,其中介效应强度值为0.281。结论 工作-家庭冲突在妇产科护士工作连通行为与职业倦怠中具有部分中介效应,降低工作连通行为水平和工作-家庭冲突水平有助于降低其职业倦怠水平。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the status of work connectedness behavior,work-family conflict and job burnout among obstetrics and gynecology nurses,analyze the influence of connectedness behavior and work-family conflict on occupational burnout. Methods From January to October 2024,178 obstetrics and gynecology nurses from 12 grade-A tertiary general hospitals in Hubei Province were randomly selected by the random sampling method as the research subjects. The work connectedness behavior scale,work-family conflict scale and job burnout scale were used to investigate and analyze the work connectedness behavior,work-family conflict and job burnout. Results The average score of work connectedness behavior,work-family conflict and job burnout among 178 obstetrics and gynecology nurses was (40.34±6.92),(60.94±10.32) and (60.47±12.36)points,respectively. The influencing factors of work connectedness behavior,work-family conflict and job burnout among obstetrics and gynecology nurses were age,professional title,years of work,average monthly income,average number of monthly shifts and marital status(all P<0.05). The work connectedness behavior and work-family conflict of obstetrics and gynecology nurses were positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.586,0.614,both P<0.01),and the work connectedness behavior was positively correlated with work-family conflict(r=0.569,P<0.01). The work-family conflict played a partial mediating effect between the work connectedness behavior and job burnout of obstetrics and gynecology nurses,and the mediating effect strength value was 0.281. Conclusion The work-family conflict has a partial mediating effect between the work connectedness behavior and job burnout of obstetrics and gynecology nurses,and reducing the level of work connectedness behavior and work-family conflict can help reduce their job burnout level.
