心理资本在外科护士优势使用和职业倦怠间的中介作用

Mediating role of psychological capital between strength use and occupational burnout in surgical nurses

摘要:

目的 调查外科护士优势使用、心理资本、职业倦怠现状及其之间的关系。方法 采用方便抽样法,于2024年8—10月采用优势使用量表、心理资本量表和职业倦怠量表对南京市4家三级综合医院194名外科护士进行调查并分析。结果 外科护士优势使用、心理资本、职业倦怠得分分别为(68.54±10.40)、(91.65±8.95)和(60.53±10.27)分。外科护士优势使用与其年龄、工作年限、职称、婚姻状况和月收入等因素均有关(均P<0.05),外科护士心理资本与其年龄、文化程度、工作年限、职称、月收入等因素均有关(均P<0.05),外科护士职业倦怠与其年龄、文化程度、工作年限、职称、婚姻状况和月收入等因素均有关(均P<0.05)。外科护士职业倦怠与优势使用和心理资本均呈负相关(r=0.146、-0.349,均P<0.01),优势使用和心理资本呈正相关(r=0.345,P<0.01)。中介效应分析结果显示,心理资本在优势使用和职业倦怠间发挥部分中介作用,中介效应占比为39.26%。结论 外科护士优势使用、心理资本均可直接影响其职业倦怠水平,其心理资本在优势使用对职业倦怠的影响存在部分中介作用。

Abstract:

Objective To investigating the current situation of surgical nurses' strength use,psychological capital and occupational burnout,and their relationship. Methods The convenience sampling was used to select 194 surgical nurses from four tertiary general hospitals in Nanjing City from August to October 2024 as the research subjects. The survey and analysis were performed using the strength use scale,psychological capital scale,and occupational burnout scale. Results The scores of strength use,psychological capital and occupational burnout of surgical nurses were (68.54±10.40),(91.65±8.95) and (60.53±10.27)points,respectively. The strength use of surgical nurses was related to their age,years of service,technical title,marital status and monthly salary(all P<0.05). The psychological capital of surgical nurses was related to their age,working years,professional title and monthly income(all P<0.05). The job burnout of surgical nurses was related to their age,years of service,technical title,marital status and monthly salary(all P<0.05). The occupational burnout of surgical nurses was negatively correlated with strength use and psychological capital(r=-0.146,-0.349,both P<0.01). The strength use of surgical nurses was positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.345,P<0.01). The results of the mediation analysis showed that psychological capital partially mediated between the strength use and occupational burnout,which the mediated effect was 39.26%. Conclusion The strength use and psychological capital of surgical nurses can directly affect their level of occupational burnout,and their psychological capital partially mediates the impact of strength use on occupational burnout.
