职业认同对遭受工作场所暴力急诊护士胜任力的影响

Impact of professional identity on the competence of emergency nurses suffering from workplace violence

摘要:

目的 了解遭受工作场所暴力急诊护士胜任力现状,并分析职业认同对其胜任力的影响,为制定护士遭受工作场所暴力后胜任力的相关干预策略提供依据。方法 2024年7—9月,采用便利抽样法选取扬州市3所三级甲等医院302名急诊护士为调查对象,根据工作场所暴力调查表,筛选出过去1年中遭受过工作场所暴力的急诊护士,并采用一般资料调查表、急诊科护士胜任力自评问卷、中文版护士职业认同量表对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 248名护士在近1年内遭受过工作场所暴力,以语言暴力最为常见,且接近50%的急诊护士1年内遭受超过3次的语言暴力。遭受工作场所暴力急诊护士的胜任力得分为(208.68±33.12)分。相关分析显示,职业认同与遭受工作场所暴力急诊护士胜任力呈正相关(r=0.591,P<0.05);女性是遭受工作场所暴力急诊护士胜任力的负向影响因素(P<0.01),年龄越大、职称越高、已婚、有编制、工作年限越长均是遭受工作场所暴力急诊护士胜任力的正向影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 遭受工作场所暴力急诊护士的胜任力处于中上水平,但还有提升空间。职业认同与遭受工作场所暴力急诊护士胜任力呈正相关。未来可以提高职业认同感为切入点,制定护士遭受工作场所暴力后胜任力的相关干预策略。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current status of competence of emergency nurses who have experienced workplace violence,and analyze the impact of professional identity on their competence,in order to provide a basis for formulating relevant intervention strategies for nurses' competence after suffering workplace violence. Methods From July to September 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to select 302 emergency nurses from three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Yangzhou City as the research subjects. According to the workplace violence survey,emergency nurses who had experienced workplace violence in the past year were screened out and surveyed using a information questionnaire,the emergency department nurse competence self-assessment questionnaire,and the Chinese version of the professional identity scale for nurses,and the data were analyzed. Results A total of 248 nurses experienced workplace violence in the past year,with verbal violence being the most common,and nearly 50% of the emergency nurses experienced more than three episodes of verbal violence in the past year. The job competence score of emergency nurses who experienced workplace violence was (208.68±33.12)points. Correlation analysis showed that professional identity was positively correlated with job competence of emergency nurses who experienced workplace violence(r=0.591,P<0.05). Gender was negative influencing factor on job competence of emergency nurses who experienced workplace violence(P<0.01),while age,professional titles,marital status,establishment and work experience were all positive influencing factors on the job competence of emergency nurses who experienced workplace violence(all P<0.05). Conclusion The level of competence of emergency nurses who suffer from workplace violence is at an above average level,but there is still room for improvement. There is a positive correlation between professional identity and the competence of emergency nurses who suffer from workplace violence. In the future,we can improve professional identity as an entry point develop relevant intervention strategies for the competence of nurses who suffer from workplace violence.
