电网企业职业性急性高原病的系统综述和meta分析

Occupational acute altitude sickness in grid corporations:A systematic review and meta-analysis

摘要: 目的 系统评价电网企业职业性急性高原病的发生率,梳理目前已有的防护应对措施,并参考其他国家的相关防治措施,找出我国电网企业目前在急性高原病防治工作上的不足,为今后完善职业性急性高原病的预防和治疗工作提供参考依据。方法 系统检索从收录起始年限至2021年3月14日,Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方和维普中英文数据库中报道电网企业职业性急性高原病发生率和防治措施的研究,并以Google和YouTube网站检索结果作为补充。采用R软件meta package对发生率进行meta分析。结果 共纳入4篇文献,其中3篇报告了发生率,共计36 839人,发生急性高原病4 365例。剔除可疑数据后,Meta分析得出,电网企业职业性急性高原病的发生率为13.46%(95%CI=7.69%~20.53%)。电网企业职业性急性高原病的危害累及全身多个系统,防护措施主要包括高原习服、使用药物等,治疗措施依病情严重程度有所不同。结论 目前电网企业职业性急性高原病发生率资料相对匮乏,防护和治疗措施上存在一定的不足。未来需尽快建立系统完善的电网企业职业性急性高原病的防控技术方案,并加强员工的个人防护和教育培训。

Abstract: Objective To systematically review the incidence of occupational acute altitude sickness in grid corporations,sort out existing prevention and treatment measures,find out the current deficiencies of Chinese power grid enterprises in the prevention and control of acute altitude sickness referring to the relevant prevention and control measures of other countries,and provide the basis for improving the prevention and treatment of occupational acute altitude sickness in the future. Methods A systematic search were conducted on Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,SinoMed,Wanfang and VIP databases from the date of entry to March 14,2021,supplemented by search results from Google and YouTube websites,to collect the studies on the incidence and prevention measures of occupational acute altitude sickness in power grid enterprises. Meta-analysis was performed using the meta package of R software. Results A total of 4 articles were included,3 of which reported the incidence,with a total of 36 839 people and 4 365 cases of acute altitude sickness. After excluding suspicious data,the meta-analysis found that the incidence of occupational acute altitude sickness in grid corporations was 13.46%(95%CI=7.69%-20.53%). The hazards of occupational acute altitude sickness affected multiple systems throughout the body. The prevention measures mainly included plateau acclimatization and drugs usage. The treatment measures varied according to the severity of the disease. Conclusions At present,studies on the incidence of occupational acute altitude sickness in grid corporations are relatively scarce,and there are certain deficiencies in prevention and treatment measures. It is necessary to establish a systematic and complete technical solution for occupational acute altitude sickness in power grid enterprises as soon as possible,and strengthen personal protection and education of employees.
