养老护理员对老年人态度的现状及干预研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 截止2021年底,全国65岁及以上人口达到2亿,在总人口中所占比例高达14.2%,我国人口老龄化正在急速发展。伴随着快速老龄化、空巢化和家庭结构小型化,传统的家庭式养老已不能满足社会需求,社会化的养老机构已成为养老体系的重要组成部分。养老护理员作为服务于老年群体最直接也是最关键的照护人员,其对老年人的态度是向老年人提供优质护理服务的根本。本文通过综述养老护理员对老年人态度的现状及其主要影响因素,探讨相应干预措施,总结当前研究或实践中存在的问题,对未来研究方向进行展望,旨在为今后开展相关研究并构建行之有效且适合我国国情的干预模式,改善养老护理员对老年人的态度、规范其照护行为,提高养老护理服务质量提供参考。

Abstract: With 200 million people aged 65 and above by the end of 2021,accounting for 14.2% of the total population,China's population is ageing rapidly. Along with rapid ageing,empty nesting and the miniaturisation of family structures,traditional family-based care cannot meet the needs of society,and social care institutions have become an important part of the elderly care system. As the most direct and crucial caregivers for the elderly,the attitude of caregivers towards the elderly is fundamental to the provision of quality care services to the elderly. By analyzing the current situation and the main factors influencing the attitudes of elderly caregivers towards the elderly,the paper explores the corresponding interventions,summarizes the problems in current research or practice,and provides an outlook on future research directions. The aim is to provide a reference for future research and to build an effective intervention model that is suitable for China's situation,in order to improve the attitudes of elderly caregivers towards the elderly,regulate their care behaviour and improve the quality of elderly care services.
