集中空调通风系统中嗜肺军团菌卫生检测方法的研究进展

摘要: 嗜肺军团菌是导致军团病发生的主要致病因素,在集中空调冷却系统中可能会滋生嗜肺军团菌。能够准确高效的检测嗜肺军团菌对其防控具有重要意义。本文综述了目前嗜肺军团菌检测中常用的检测方法,介绍了细菌分离培养法、荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(quantitative polymerase chain reaction,qPCR)检测法、酶底物法等检测方法,对比了几种检测方法在嗜肺军团菌检测时的优点和不足。

Abstract: Legionella pneumophila is the main pathogenic factor leading to Legionnaires' disease. Legionella pneumophila may breed in the central air conditioning cooling system. It is important to detect Legionella pneumophila accurately and efficiently for its prevention and control. The paper briefly reviews themethods commonly used in the detection of Legionella pneumophila,introduces the methods of bacterial isolation and culture,fluorescence quantitative PCR(quantitative polymerase chain reaction,qPCR) detection and enzyme substrate detection,and compares the advantages and problems of several methods in the detection of Legionella pneumophila.
