苏州市三级医院153名神经内科医务人员的职业疲劳现状及与工作压力源和睡眠质量的关系分析

摘要： 目的了解苏州市三级医院神经内科医务人员的职业疲劳现状和影响因素，并分析其与工作压力源和睡眠质量的关系。方法 2022年1—2月，采用方便抽样方式向苏州市4所三级医院的153名神经内科医务人员发放问卷，问卷包含一般资料表、职业疲劳量表、工作压力源量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表，并对数据进行分析。结果 153名神经内科医务人员的职业疲劳总得分为（18.12±4.37）分，工作压力源总得分为（68.49±14.53）分，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总得分为（7.15±1.84）分。神经内科医务人员的工作压力源和睡眠质量的各维度得分及总分均与职业疲劳总分呈正相关（均P<0.05）。加班>10次/月、夜班轮换≥3次/月、健康检查不合格、工作压力、睡眠质量均是神经内科医务人员职业疲劳的危险因素（B=0.591、0.724、0.526、0.813、0.579，均P<0.05）。结论苏州市三级医院153名神经内科医务人员的职业疲劳现状不容乐观，加班多、夜班轮换频繁、健康检查不合格、工作压力大、睡眠质量差均是苏州市三级医院神经内科医务人员职业疲劳的影响因素，其中工作压力越大和睡眠质量越差，其职业疲劳感越严重。

Abstract: Objective To understand the occupational fatigue status and influencing factors of medical workers in neurology departments of tertiary hospitals in Suzhou City，analyze its relationship with work stressor and sleep quality. Methods From January to February 2022，the questionnaires were distributed to 153 medical workers in neurology departments of four tertiary hospitals in Suzhou City using the convenient sampling method. The questionnaire included general information questionnaire，occupational fatigue scale，work stressor scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale，and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of occupational fatigue of 153 medical workers in neurology department was （18.12±4.37）points，the total score of work stressor was （68.49±14.53）points，and the total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale was （7.15±1.84）points. The scores of each dimension and total score of work stressors and sleep quality of medical workers in neurology department were positively correlated with the total score of occupational fatigue（all P<0.05）. The overtime >10 times/month，night shift ≥3 times/month，unqualified results of physical examination，work pressure，and sleep quality were all influencing factors of occupational fatigue of medical workers in neurology department（B=0.591，0.724，0.526，0.813，0.579，all P<0.05）. Conclusions The occupational fatigue status of 153 medical workers in neurology department of tertiary hospitals in Suzhou City is not optimistic. The excessive overtime，frequent night shifts，unqualified results of physical examinations，high work pressure，and poor sleep quality are all factors that affect the occupational fatigue of neurosurgery medical staff. Among them，the greater the work pressure and the worse the sleep quality，the more serious the occupational fatigue.
