护士信息素养研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 信息素养作为护士高质量完成护理工作的重要基础,同时也是信息化时代背景下护士必备能力之一,对护理行业的发展具有重要影响。本文旨在介绍信息素养的概念,护士信息素养的评估工具、护士信息素养现状,并从人口学因素、科研能力、创新行为、组织因素、领导行为及工作因素等方面分析护士信息素养的影响因素,针对性的从个体因素、能力提升、组织支持等方面系统综述护士信息素养的应对策略,以期提升护士信息素养水平,为后续研究提供参考意见。

Abstract: The information literacy,as an important basis for nurses to complete their nursing work with high quality,is also one of the necessary abilities of nurses in the background of the information age,and has an important impact on the development of the nursing industry. This paper introduces the concept of information literacy,evaluation tools of information literacy of nurses,andstatus of information literacy of nurses,analyzes the influencing factors of nurses' information literacy from demographic factors,scientific research ability,innovation behavior,organizational factors,leadership behavior and work factors,and summarizes the coping strategies of nurses' information literacy from individual factors,ability improvement and organizational support system,in order to improve the level of information literacy of nurses and provide reference for follow-up research.
